When I look back and think about Allie and Mike’s wedding day, what first comes to mind was how much HAPPY there was through out the day! When I walked into the house where the girls were getting ready, all you could hear was giggles and laughter and when I finally saw Allie, she was just BEAMING! Her smile would NOT leave her face the entire day! Her sweet mother had a teary smile every time I looked at her because how happy she was for her daughter! And Mike? Calm as a clam! He was SO ready to do this thang and marry his girl! Everyone was just so excited for the day!
You always hear that if it rains on your wedding day, it’s good luck, right? Well, what if you experience all 4 seasons on your day? It was sunny, windy, rained on and off and even SNOWED at one point!! I started photographing Mike and his groomsmen outside with the sun glowing behind them with a few sprinkles coming down. We finished up, got them back inside and as I trotted my way to the girls house it started DOWN. POURING! And within a matter of 10 minutes, it looked like a giant snow globe outside! (what?!) It was such a pretty sight but everyone couldn’t believe what they were seeing! By the time we gathered all the bridesmaids together for photos, the sun came back out (thank goodness!) and turned out to be some of my favorite bridesmaid photos! Nothing like keeping us all on our toes, Mother Nature!
From walking down to Forever by Chris Brown (I literally cried!), to the crazy weather changes, to the late night pizzas, to the gorgeous fall color palette and sparkley details, this wedding has definitely became one of my favorites! I can not express how thankful I am for being a part of such an amazing celebration! Allie and Mike, you both make my heart melt seeing you two together and just so darn happy! These rose gold Kate Spade Keds were PERFECT! I saw pictures of these when she first got them and they are even more beautiful in person! I don’t know how many times I’ve said it but I’ll say it again, Allie sure does have great taste!
This pink heart ring was a gift for Gia that Mike gave her during their Ceremony and it was SUCH an emotional moment!

Mann’s Floral Shoppe knocked it out of the park with these bouquets! One of my favorite details on weddings days are the florals! This is an area of your day that you can get super creative and unique to show off your wedding style and I love seeing bride’s visions come to life!
