There's a quote that I hear very often from The Rising Tide Society that is so meaningful.
"A rising tide lifts all boats".
Being in such a huge industry of photographers can make you feel really small. Scared. Intimidated. When I was starting my photography journey, I felt ALL of the feels. When you are part of a community full creative entrepreneurs that do nothing but lift one another up, it's such an amazing thing. Yesterday Nicole ( Nicole Jansma Photography ) and I swapped fresh, new head shots, talked about what goals we want to accomplish in the new year and just listened to each others dreams for our businesses. I am so beyond thankful that The Rising Tide Society and the spirit of "Community Over Competition" brought us together and created a friendship that is unlike any other.
I seriously can not WAIT to see what 2017 has in store for us girly.
