If you told me I had to pick just one favorite moment from Chris and Meagan's wedding, I would tell you I honestly couldn't narrow it down to ONE. Their entire day was absolutely beautiful! From the moment I stepped into the bridal suite where Meagan was getting ready, to Chris' house where the guys were, to the ceremony, the reception and everything in between, I could just feel how happy and excited their friends and family were for them to get married! During the planning process before the big day, Meagan would send me photos of her inspiration and visual ideas and seeing it all come to life was amazing! She has SUCH good taste! I absolutely loved her elegant and classy color pallet! Every detail that she thought of and planned out was perfect! Their wedding was literally what photographers dreams are made of! Haha!
June has been one of the most popular months for weddings to happen for a really long time! It's in the peek of summer, flowers are fully in bloom, and the option to have outdoor ceremonies are very possible! I don't think the weather that we had was in anyones plan for the wedding day. The heat index for Woodstock, IL reached 105 !!! YIKES! It was a hot one but that didn't phase Meagan and Chris one bit. With a handful of A/C breaks and tons of water bottles chugged later, everything turned out perfectly!
This is I think the longest blog post I've written so far but it's jam packed with a whole lot of pretty! I am so excited to share with you my favorites from Meagan & Chris' wedding day! Enjoy!

Meagan wore her grandmothers wedding ring on her right hand! How sweet and special is that!
Meagan and Chris shared a first look together and it was such a special moment for them. They decided to write their own vows and say them out loud then instead of during the ceremony so it can just be between them. Guys, I bawled. Trying to photograph these two while they confessed their love for each other while wiping my tears away and also staying focused was tough! Haha! I absolutely love when couples decide to share a first look together. You only get that "first look" moment once and being able to be alone for that is so incredibly special.
I was OBSESSED with the blush dresses and simple white and green bouquets that Meagan chose! So classic!

WHAT. A. PARTY! Meagan and Chris, I can not thank you both enough for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day! It was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I hope nothing but happy memories and a loving long marriage for you both as you conquer life as Mr. & Mrs. SASS! I hope you're having a blast on your honeymoon! Thanks again for everything!!
