When two police officers get married, they throw one HECK of a party! This wedding couldn’t have been more “them” , and I think that’s how it should be! From the royal blue and black color palette, to the surprise of JD’s police dog arriving during the ceremony to watch his best friend get married, the unique pops of color in the bouquets, a small birthday celebration and MANY moments in between, these two had such a joyful day that was filled with so many memories that not only them, but their friends and family will remember forever! Their big day took place at the beautiful Avalon Manor in Merrillville, Indiana where both the ceremony and the reception were held. It was the perfect backdrop for all of their wedding day memories! Something that surprised ME this day was just how emotional JD got when he saw his beautiful bride walking down the aisle. I almost couldn’t keep my composure because of how sweet his reaction was! Just you wait and see! It’s precious! What every bride hopes for in their grooms first look reaction! I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding day!

Because it wouldn’t be JD’s wedding day without syringe jell-o shots! How FUN! Haha! I kinda wish I didn’t turn down the offer of one of these from a groomsmen! Haha!
Moments before JD made his entrance to the ceremony, his dad came up to me and told me that he was surprising JD with his police dog. He had NO idea this was happening so his reaction was very important! I think he LOVED his surprise and he broke out in TEARS!
Their little nephew was the ring bearer and what other way could he come down the aisle then in a mini COP CAR!!! This was perfect and everyone got such a kick out of it!
I would definitely say this was the most emotional groom reactions I’ve ever witnessed! JD completely LOST it when he finally saw Paige coming down the aisle. I would be lying if I said I didn’t shed a tear seeing all of this happen!
A doggo in a tux? My heart!! Anyone thinking of having their fur babies involved in your wedding day, I say DO IT!!!
It was actually Paige’s brothers birthday on their wedding day so they couldn’t pass up the opportunity to surprise him with a birthday cake and have the entire reception sing to him!!
Oh my GOSH! What a beautiful and joyful day! Thank you, Paige and JD, for having me be a part of your wedding celebration!!! It was amazing! Here’s to forever!
