Ohhhh I am SO excited to finally be sharing this wedding on the blog! I have been anticipated the wedding day of Mallory and Nick since before I even met them in person! From day one, Mallory has been SUCH a kind soul and I could just tell from our emails and texts, that she is someone that was gifted with a heart of gold. When I was finally able to meet face to face with them at their spring engagement session, I was right! She is just an absolute sweetheart and Nick is such a perfect match for her! I am so happy to have gained more than just a client relationship with Mallory, but I can easily call her a friend after everything!
It was the most perfect fall day, November 16th. A slight chill to the air, enough for it to feel like fall, but the sun was in full force! Just WAIT until you see their glowy portraits together! UGHHH I’m obsessed! Over the course of a little more than a year, I was getting all the details about how this day was pictured in Mallory’s head. The girls would be in different shades of champagne and beige, and the guys were in green. But to make things different, they weren’t going to be in a traditional suit or tux. They were going to rock a green and brown patterned dress shirt, with a gray vest and green tie. There were hints of green EVERYWHERE through out the details of the day from the invitation suite, the linens at the reception, even her ring box was a shade of green! And there was definitely a few “boho” elements as well! Every single detail that she planned out, all came to live in SUCH a gorgeous way. It was literally a dream! She thought of everything, even something VERY special they did for their guests at the reception!
I am truly honored to have been a part of such a beautiful celebration! But aside from all of the pretty details, Mallory and Nick, you both became one. Husband and Wife! And even if we took away all of the material things, your marriage is the most beautiful thing, in and of itself. You, Nick and baby Cal have an amazing thing and that is worth celebrating! Thank you for allowing me to witness it and capture it for you! I hope you love these highlight images from your day just as much as I do! Enjoy! xoxo!
SO SWEET! One of Mallory’s bridesmaids was nearby watching the first look unfold and she just completely lost it! It was the sweetest thing!!
Mallory and Nick did one of the most heartfelt things I’ve ever seen done at a wedding! At every place setting, they wrote letters and special notes to each and every guest that attended their wedding day and had it waiting for them when they were seated for the reception! WHAT! I just love how much they love their people!
Mallory and Nick, I can not thank you both enough for absolutely everything! But most importantly, for just being the people that you are! You have hearts of gold and I am forever grateful that our paths crossed and I had the opportunity to be a part of your wedding day! I wish you both (and little cutie pie, Cal) every drop of happiness in the world because you guys deserve it!! Love you both!! Congratulations!!
