Emma & Andrew | Emerald Green Luxury Downtown Chicago Winter Wedding at The Chez

When I think of Emma and Andrew’s wedding day, the first word that comes to mind is emotion. Every. single. part. of their big day had such amazing memories being made, people laughing and having a great time, and everyone just loving on these two on the biggest day of their lives. From the getting ready moments, the first look, the ceremony, first dances, everything in between, there were tears being shed left and right, and not just from the couple. (although, Andrew DID let his tears come out quite a bit and it was SO sweet!!) These two were surrounded by people that just LOVE them SO much and so deeply, it definitely showed during every aspect of the day and what an honor it was to witness such love!

Not only was the emotion level HIGH on this day, so was the amount of thought and attention to detail. Through out the entire planning process, Emma would send me emails and texts with photos every time she would check something off her list whether that was getting her GORGEOUS Jimmy Choo gold glitter heels (omg I was OBsessed!), getting her dress- and then changing her mind WEEKS before the big day, to the bridesmaid dresses and shawls, her ceremony decor that showcased a giant round arch covered in greenery, and literally everything in between. She thought of everything! She wanted to make sure everything was perfect, and let me tell you- it was nothing BUT perfect. This day was top to bottom, full of the most elegant and thought out details! Just you wait until you see it all! But behind all of the material things, Emma and Andrew are some of the most heart felt and genuine people I’ve ever met! The way they take care of their people (and their vendors!) was just so heartwarming and I am so grateful that I was a part of such an incredible and beautiful celebration!

Emma and Andrew, I seriously can not thank you both enough for absolutely everything!! I had such a great time capturing your wedding day and I definitely have made some new favorite memories myself that I will never forget! You two deserve all the happiness in the world and I’m so grateful our paths have crossed! I hope you enjoy your highlight blog post from your STUNNING wedding day!
