A dream come true. We visited Colorado last month for my 30th birthday and it was everything I hoped it would be and more. We stayed in the CUTEST little cabin, rented my DREAM of all dream cars (this green cutie you see in these photos!) and we explored Rocky Mountain National Park and a few different surrounding areas. It was the perfect way to ring in this new decade of my life! One thing that was at the top of my little “bucket list” while on this trip was to hire a photographer to capture us with all of the Colorado beauty that I love so much and do a photo shoot! I could have easily just set up my tripod and camera, and took our photos myself (which, I did haha!) but as a photographer, it is so nice to be able to have someone else be in charge so I can be fully in the moment knowing that they are taking the reins, making sure the angles, the lighting and settings are good and I can just enjoy the experience!
Before we left for the trip, I started my research for photographers in the area of where we were going (Estes Park!) and it was actually really fun to be in my clients shoes during this part of the process! I found a handful of people that I really loved their style, reached out to them and started narrowing down the options and ultimately came down to Alyssa with Bold Love Photo! I was SO happy everything worked out with her because she was my top pick from the beginning!
The entire experience was so much fun and the photos we received from her are BETTER than I could have ever dreamed of! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH and I can’t believe these are OUR photos :’) I can’t wait to put these all over our home and put a little Colorado touch to our space to remember the amazing trip we had. I can’t thank you enough, Alyssa, for capturing this very special session for us and making the entire experience so enjoyable. We will treasure these images for the rest of eternity and beyond!
