So many things I love about this family session! The tones and colors (ughhh that GLOW!!!)! The way that little miss Riley had to have her “little doll” by her side during the whole shoot. The dreamy pine tree/forest location! The genuine emotion that they all gave me in front of the camera! <— that actually might be my favorite part because before we even started, they needed to let me know just how awkward they are and that they needed extra help with posing. *side grin* My approach to posing is actually not necessarily “posing”! Instead of putting you in stiff positions, I loooove making prompts for my families to do so I can capture real movement, which then creates real and genuine reactions. And THAT is the money shot! Having the family just soak in each others company and have fun making memories! I will admit, this family session is high on my top favorites list BECAUSE they gave me their true emotions! And to think at the beginning they said they were awkward in front of the camera…. hehehe! ;) I’m SO excited to share more from this glowy forest session with the Oberg/Goggins family! Enjoy!
