Victor proposed to Kristin while on a hike, right by the lake, and when she told me that she wanted an outdoorsy, woodsy location for their engagement session, I knew just the place that would be perfect! It wasn’t the exact place where they got engaged, but it is very similar in looks! Bonus points, Goodenow Grove is one of my favorite places on the planet, for so many reasons! So I felt right at home shooting here! They also requested that they wanted some color in the leaves when we did their session and Mother Nature was a little late in the year with showing off the fall colors, but we definitely found some yellows that set the fall mood for us! Also, their outfits were perfect for this fall session! Sweaters, boots, flannels, you can’t get more fall than that! We explored the trails and went to the waterfront platform that I always make sure to go to every time I come here (because it’s my favorite spot!) and it definitely produced some of my new all time favorite fall photos!
Earlier in the year I finally met Kristin over coffee to talk all about the wedding day, all the fun details, and she couldn’t stop raving about how much I’m going to like Victor! She loves him to death and it was SO sweet to finally see them together at their session! They compliment each other so well and I just had a blast hanging out with them! They are set to get married late October of 2020 and I’m SO excited for that day! I might be biased but October is the BEST month to get married! EEKKK! I am also looking forward to their big day because I will be working with my good friends Alyssa and Michael with LaBanca Productions (aka, dream team!) and I’m just so excited to capture Kristin and Victor’s day with them! I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from their cozy, fall engagement session!! :)
