The Naperville Riverwalk sure was showing off it’s beautiful fall colors this day! Even though it looks glowy and warm, it was COLD! Jackets and sweaters were definitely necessary but these two were rockstars!! Also, let me just mention how much I love Alexa’s style! Her classic black coat with those tassel earrings! LOVE! This might just be my new favorite fall engagement session!
Alexa and Nick met through mutual friends and knew each other for a while before officially becoming a couple! With roses, a plane ticket to California where Nick was living at the time, he asked Alexa to be his girlfriend on their first date! Of course, she said yes! A few years later, she would be saying that exact phrase to him on what she thought was a “Mother’s Day getaway” weekend in Florida and he asked her to spend forever with him, on the beach at SUNSET! They are now planning a September 2020 wedding and I’m SO excited to get these two in front of my camera again on that day!
