Helllllo May, aka wedding season AND GRAD season! It is such a fun time right now that everyone seems to be celebrating left and right which makes my heart so happy. This time last year did not look like this, so it’s so special to see things being celebrated again. (as they should be!) I had the opportunity to photograph Kiera’s senior cap and gown graduation session and it was a DREAM! She is such a bright light and has the sweetest heart. When I finally met her and her sweet momma when we got to our location, I just felt this warm, welcoming feeling from them! I knew this session was going to be good! Not only was Kiera a genuine and kind person, she is a natural BEAUTY! I remember mentioning to her that she has the prettiest smile because she smiles with her eyes! Not a lot of people naturally do that so I have to work extra hard to get giggles out of them to give me their eye smiles, but not Kiera! She needed no help from me being in front of my camera! She is such a beautiful human, inside and out!
I’m SO excited to be sharing Kiera’s senior grad cap and gown session on the blog to highlight some of my favorites from our time together! (let’s be real, all of them were my favorites, but I had to keep it short and sweet haha) We had the most perfect spring day, with the wind blowing through and I just had the best time with her and her momma! Enjoy some of my favorites! :)
Kiera will be going to Saint Louis University and I’m SO excited for her and all of the adventures that are ahead of her!
