A baby’s first birthday is SUCH a bittersweet time. You want to celebrate all that they’ve learned, milestones achieve, memories made — but then knowing they won’t be that squishy, sweet newborn ever again…. gut wrenching. I know this feeling all too well because we will be celebrating Emma’s first birthday in less than two months from now and I am ALL in my feels about it. Documenting their first birthday is such a special way to celebrate them and also freeze those sweet cheeks so you can always remember them at this stage of life. Little Eloise had a simple but oh so sweet butter yellow, daisy, picnic basket vibe for her cake smash session and it was adorable! She was really digging in to her cake! It was the perfect summer morning and her little yellow dress… I couldn’t get enough. It is definitely her color, if baby’s “have” a color haha!
